Terms of Service
By commissioning me and you are AGREEING to my terms of serviceCREDITING: Clients must credit me properly (use of my twitter link handle) on any of these; Twitter/Youtube/Twitch once the application is completed.
RIGGED MODELS: You are allowed to change riggings upon my permission.
PAYMENT: 100% (or split payment) through PayPal (USD) once I've sent the sketch
TIME: I do not initially give exact deadlines unless the client proposes one. The minimum turnaround time is around 3 months.
USES FOR ME: As the artist, I will only use the commissioned material for these purposes; Portfolios/Promotion/Social Media posts
USES FOR YOU: You are allowed to use the commission for commercial purposes and ways it is intended, however, you are not allowed to resell it.
REFUNDS: Strictly no refunds.General TOS:
✎ 3-5 Revisions only, if more revisions are needed, a fee must be paid
✎ I only accept free revisions in the sketching phase, revisions in the coloring/rendering stage is paid.
✎ If you wish to change something once the sketching phase is finished, there will be additional fees for it.
✎ Payment in full 100% after the delivered sketch.
✎ Please give me enough references for the character, as well as the character descriptions/personalities, if you do not have a reference sheet, there will be a fee.
✎ You will be notified about the progress, EX: Lineart, Coloring, Rending.
✎ Saturdays and Sundays are my days off!
✎ I have the right to decline if I am uncomfortable with the application.
✎ The payment will only go through PayPal
✎You have 24 hours to decide whether you want to cancel it or not (this is only allowed if you haven't paid the commission yet.

Tier I: Standard
Torso, collarbone, and waist are only a single part (no booba physics)
Front hair will only have 5 layers: middle bangs, left side bangs, right side bangs, left sideburns, right sideburns
Back hair only has 1 layer
Some accessories will be glued to the nearest standard part/Not all accessories will have its own layer/parts
Ears will only have 2 layers; Left Ear & Right Ear
Standard Mouth; Mouth, Tongue, Lower Teeth, Upper Teeth, Lower Lip, & Upper Lip
Standard Hands: If the model needs visible hands, the hands will only be a one-layer
Tier II: Advanced
Torso, collarbone, and waist have their own separate parts (yes booba physics)
Front hair will have more than 5 layers (more hair movements)
Back hair will have multiple layers for more movements
All of each accessories will have its own layer
Ears will have more parts; Left Inside Ear, Left Ear Cotton, Left Ear Out, Right Inside Ear, Right Ear Cotton, Right Ear Out
Mouth will have more parts; Top teeth, tongue in, tongue out, inside mouth, bottom teeth, lower lip.. etc.
Advanced Hands: If the model needs visible hands, the hands will have many parts/layers; Left Base Hand, Left Pinky finger, Left Ring finger, Left Middle finger, Left Index finger, Left thumb, Right Base Hand... Etc.
Tier III: Custom Cuts
The model will have custom cuts depending on the client's request.
Either the client will assign the RIGGER to discuss the specific cuts they need for the model to have the desired physics OR the client will directly discuss the specific cuts with me.
Tier III prices will vary based on how many specific details and cuts the client needs
This tier will be more expensive than Tier II
SPECIAL FEES
Priority fees vary from 40-75% of the base price on how high you want to be on the hierarchy. The turnaround time will also depend on the deadline we settled onNude fees vary from 20-30% of the base price depending on the body typeCommercial fees a $20 fee must be paid if the client wishes to keep the progress or commissioned work private; this means that I will not post anything related to the work on any of my social media
